    Policies

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve your order. Should you cancel the order after we receive the deposit, It's Your Wedding, Inc. will retain the deposit.
  • Final Payment must be made before your wedding day. You may pay by credit card on ItsYourWedding.com or at our showroom. A cash payment may also be made at our showroom for the balance. No CODs will be accepted.
  • In addition to rental costs, a security deposit (based upon the size of the order) is required on all It's Your Wedding, Inc. Rental transactions, paid in cash or by major credit card.
  • We understand that your needs may change between order and delivery, and that the number of items you need may vary accordingly. Please allow 48 hours for us to comply with minor changes and no less than a week for major changes.
  • It's Your Wedding, Inc.'s damage waiver charge is equivalent to 10% of the rental cost (excluding tents). It covers any accidental merchandise damage and broken items (if pieces are returned). The damage waiver does not cover missing items or incidents of gross negligence. It's Your Wedding, Inc. Rentals damage waiver is not refundable and must be accepted or declined prior to delivery or at time or pick-up.
  • Regarding Pick-Up and Missing Items:
    It's Your Wedding, Inc.'s policies are much like those governing the rental of everything from a car to a video. Simply put, it is the renter's responsibility to return all items in a timely fashion and in good condition. Please call our Showroom at 738-9731 for exact terms and additional information.
  • Linens must be returned in good condition, not laundered, but free of rips, burns, excessive soil or any damage that would prevent us from renting them again after normal laundering. Please return the linens in the laundry bags provided.
  • China, glassware, flatware and food preparation equipment must be rinsed free of food. Please do not put silver in dishwasher. Barbecues must be cool and empty at time of pick up.
  • A cleaning fee of 50% will be assessed on items not meeting the above conditions. Responsibility for all rental items remain with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of return. Full replacement cost will be charged for damaged or missing items.
  • The price of delivery varies according to the following criteria: location. flights of stairs, any special carrying, and/or unscheduled setup or breakdown. Any of these items will result in an additional fee. Arrangements need to be made at time of reservation.
